A Qantas Boeing 767-300, registration VH-OGR performing flight QF-775 from Melbourne,VI to Perth,WA (Australia), was on ILS approach to Perth's runway 03 descending through 2000 feet MSL when the airplane encountered severe turbulence prompting the crew to go-around at around 08:20L (00:20Z). The airplane landed safely on runway 24 about 30 minutes later.

The ATSB reported two passengers received injuries and have opened an investigation.
