A Dragonair Airbus A330-300, flight KA-905 from Beijing to Hong Kong (China) with 135 passengers and 14 crew, was on approach to Hong Kong about 15 minutes prior to landing when the airplane encountered turbulence causing minor injuries to 5 cabin crew and 2 passengers. The crew continued for a safe landing in Hong Kong. The injured were taken to a hospital and discharged after a check.

The airline reported that the fasten seat belt signs had just been turned, cabin crew was just walking the aisles to verify passengers had fastened their seat belts when the turbulence hit.
